Sinningia reitzii?
I got some seeds of Sinningia micans and Sinn. macropoda, sowed them about two years ago. This spring there was one plant of Sinn. macropoda blooming, so I knowed what's macropoda traits of flowers. Now there is another "macropoda" blooming, but shows dissimilar characters. I have no idea about this plant. Before blooming, its leaves are different from other Sinn.macropoda, so I guessed it might be Sinn.micans (the two species are placed nearby, I might gave wrong name). But the fake "macropoda" is also different from Sinn.micans. Now the plant blooms, and my friend said this one looks like Sinn.reitzii. Was it due to the mixed seeds from the species, or is it a hybrid by pollens from reitzii to macropoda? I think the first surmise is probably right. But another friend said this one isn't like classic look of Sinn.reitzii because of shape of leaf (it's not showed here). Who knows?
